Modern Slate

This project utilizes the most common combination of fabrics for privacy and shading in all the right places. This includes room-darkening fabrics for the areas needing privacy, like the bedrooms or heavily exposed areas, and 5% screens for the common areas.

Lutron motorized shading allows all of the unreachable great room clearstory windows to be controlled with the push of a button.
